A high-foaming, heavy-duty caustic cleaner and degreaser. Contains powerful mixture of surfactants and chelating agents for use in difficult cleaning applications. A strong alkaline cleaner, designed for stainless steel or black iron surfaces. This product may be used to clean ovens and other surfaces. Product may be used cold, but best results are usually obtained at temperatures between 100 - 120 degrees. May be used in all departments of meat, poultry, and general food processing plants.
