Reliable adapters are needed but not included for DVI, VGA, DisplayPort (DP), USB Type C video outputs. Please be aware of the adapters needed for your setup before order. Avoid using adapters on both monitor and computer side for a same video flow. How to Get Keyboard and Mouse Work: Make sure the USB + audio cable is connected from each computer to corresponding mini USB port on the KVM switch; Some keyboards and mice may not work well with the hotkeys, the workaround is to turn off the hotekys and use the wired remote or front button to switch between computers; How to get Audio Work: This KVM Switch supports either HDMI digital or 3.5 mm analog audio output (default). If you want to change 3.5 mm audio to HDMI Audio, Press the right Ctrl twice, then H, then Enter, and select HDMI audio or Monitor A audio as default in sound settings; If you want to change back to 3.5 mm audio, press the right Ctrl twice, then P, then Enter, and select you audio device as default in sound settings.
