The 4.125 in. chippers knife is constructed using D2 special tool high-carbon/high-chromium forged alloy tool steel. The knife will hold its edge longer than a standard blade while providing superior performance. Capable of moving at 165 mph, this chipper blade will make quick work of most limbs and brush. The 6.5 in. opening makes it easy to insert limbs and brush into the 17 in. x 13 in. hopper with 8 swinging hammers which hit at 28,800-times per minute.
