The Mower is powered by two 18V LXT batteries and delivers up to 55 minutes of run time with four LXT 5.0Ah batteries. It features a powerful motor that delivers 3, 100 RPM for faster cutting. It has an ergonomic composite deck for lower weight, reduced push force, and easy transport. The XML14 features self-propelled mode that can be adjusted from 1.5 MPH to 3 MPH for efficient operation, improved traction, and improved performance on incline slopes and uneven terrain. Convenience features include a single lever that quickly adjusts cutting height from 1-1/4 in. to 4 in., a 2-bushel capacity grass collector and folding handles for compact storage. For added versatility, it has a 3-in-1 design that allows for mulching, bagging, or rear discharge. The Mower features Makita Extreme Protection Technology (XPT). XPT is a protective seal inside the tool and is engineered for improved operation in harsh conditions by channeling water and dust from key internal components.
