METAL MAN FC130i is a 120-Volt input, 130 Amp DC output flux core only wire feed welders that is economical and easy to use. It requires no shielding gas and welds 8-Gauge to 3/16 in. mild steel materials with 0.030 in. or 0.035 in. flux core wires on 4 in. or 8 in. spools. It uses leading edge Inverter Technology to provide high quality welds that are crisp, clean and consistent with plenty of power that will impress the most experienced of welders. The Inverter Technology is evident from the moment you take this unit out of the box. One of the many advantages of inverter technology is creating more welding power from a smaller transformer. This unit features a variable voltage control and wire feed speed control. It has a set up chart, a cooling fan, trigger activated arc, overload protection, 8-1/2 ft. torch with Tweco style series 11 replacement parts and 6 ft. ground cable and clamp. The FC130i is ideal for use when welding mild steel 18-Gauge to 3/16 for light industrial applications (for use with flux core wire only).
