This MULTI FIT wet dry vac replacement filter is compatible with most CRAFTSMAN wet dry vacs (5 - 20 gallons) made 1988 or after with the Qwik Lock filter cage. The shop vacuum filter can be washed and, if dried properly, reused. Filters also help extend wet dry vacuum life as it protects the motor from harmful dust and debris. When shop vac performance decreases, it is recommended to change the vac filter for optimal power and with the simple installation, it makes filter changes a breeze. To install, press down near the center of the wet dry shop vac filter with both thumbs until the rubber opening of the filter locks in securely over the shop vac filter cage.
