The TowSmart Dual Hitch Extension converts a 2 in. x 2 in. single hitch receiver to 2 receiver tubes. Allows you to haul a trailer and mount hitch accessories to your tow vehicle at the same time. The heavy-duty steel construction is extremely durable with a black powder coat finish that is corrosion resistant and provides superior protection from the outdoor elements. The lower receiver handles a 4,000 lbs. capacity for towing trailers, boats or cars while the upper receiver is built for non-towing accessories such as bike racks and cargo carriers. It is important to know the total weight of the trailer (GTW) you are towing and the maximum towing capacity determined by the vehicle manufacturer.
